Getting worse and worse. How many more times will I login and receive a message saying there is a system problem or there is an error without any indication of what the error is. Add to that they are closed on Saturdays. It’s becoming more Mickey Mouse by the minute.

I have been very happy with the staff and service that I received since I have been a member of the Brantford branch. The staff have always gone over and above to satisfy my needs. I definitely think that this is a superb , knowledgeable group of staff and recommend the Brantford branch of Tandia for anyone looking for truly personalized service.

One of a kind staff at this branch. They all truly go above and beyond for their members. Sebastian's efficiency, professionalism and knowledge was phenomenal and we were beyond impressed with his guidance on our deal. We had been at RBC for many years and never experienced such great service. Would highly recommend anyone looking for financial advice speak to Sebastian or Michelle. Both of them are incredibly knowledgable and their service is of the utmost quality.

Incompetent staff can not read credit reports and want to Google employers. Very disappointed from the level of Financial literacy their Mortgage/Loans staff possess. It OK to not lend and have your own lending criteria. But its Not OK to treat prospective clients like criminals and ask racially motivated questions.

I have been with Tandia Credit Union - Milton for 5 weeks now. The transition from my old bank to Tandia was seamless. I wish I had done it many years ago. The hands on service provided by Fatima and Nigel during the transition process was amazing. I have no doubt their excellent service will continue. It is a more personal experience dealing with this credit union rather than a big bank. So happy I made the switch to Tandia. The mobile app and website are easy to use.
